Orders cannot be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout if your order has gone into production.
Return Policy
For the health and safety of our customers, all items returned must be new, unworn, and in the original clear garment bag. To initiate a return, please contact us for return instructions.
Customer service is our #1 priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status and process a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
